Harsha brings over 18 years of experience in software product business with strong focus on leveraging alliance partners for joint go-to-market strategies. He has worked in product companies, serving a range of customers across various verticals and geographies around the globe. This experience has helped him acquire deep understanding of global customer needs and pain points that he uses to unravel marketing and customer insights and contributes to the overall success of the business.
Harsha is also an active member of iSpirt (Indian Software Product Industry Round Table), an industry body that aims to transform India into a hub for new generation software products. Apart from nurturing software start-ups, he has led the implementation of SAI (Software Adoption Initiative) for a couple of industry segments at iSpirt.
At Augentia, he is responsible for customer engagement and acquisition. He is actively working on Augentia’s expansion strategy in various geographies.
Prior to founding Augentia, he has held various sales and marketing positions, managing teams focused on enterprise strategy, strategic alliances and presales consulting for Software Product Companies such as Tally, iCode, and IDS. During his tenure with these companies, he has helped launch new software products and solutions, establish and grow presence in new markets, drive business critical alliances with complementing industry partners spanning a range of industry verticals like Banking, Telcos, SI’s and OEMs.
His credentials include a post graduate certification program in management from the Indian Institute of Management – Kozhikode and a bachelor’s degree from the Bangalore University. Harsha has also completed Inbound Certification by Hubspot. He is a motor sport enthusiast who loves travelling. He enjoys long rides on his superbike every Sunday morning and regularly goes on a cycling expedition in the Himalayas, his ideal get-away.
Girish brings over 15 years of work experience in marketing, sales enablement and product management for both products and services industry. Having successfully executed large scale campaigns in global organizations and leading growth initiatives, he is passionate about ‘delivering excellence consistently’.
His professional journey started at the dawn of the 21st century, that spans different roles and organizations of all shapes and sizes. He has led campaigns in GTM strategy and execution, product and service offering launches and supported multi-million dollar customer acquisition efforts.
At Augentia, along with his partners, Girish is pursuing a dream to build a company that has marketing in its DNA. He leads the digital marketing efforts, with an overall objective of branding and customer acquisition and also manages delivering marketing services on cloud for Augentia clients in strategy, analytics and product marketing areas.
Prior to Augentia, Girish led the marketing team at Icertis, a cloud based enterprise applications company, contributing towards its worldwide digital marketing and branding efforts. And earlier, Girish worked in companies such as Capgemini and BMC Software, responsible for product positioning, messaging and demand generation campaigns. ‘Focus on your customer while have a bird’s eye view’ is his mantra to success.
Girish completed his engineering graduation from Pune University and is an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) alumnus. His certifications include Inbound Certification from Hubspot and CPIM [Certification in Production and Inventory Management] from APICS, USA. He is an avid reader and a self-proclaimed critic of movies, sports and food.
Shiv’s career marathon spans more than two decades of marketing profession in organizations of all sizes. He brings the know-how gathered in areas of product management, cloud marketing, pricing programs, software licensing, marketing strategy and consulting. In his corporate stints, he has run campaigns ranging from a few thousands to multi-million $ investments, and multi-year rollouts. The current trends of marketing effectiveness had been adopted by him early on, where he had established ROMI models for measuring marketing impact on businesses he served. He has worked directly in India, Middle East and the United States (US).
In Augentia, Shiv is building out a vision for a new breed of marketing company that offers managed marketing services in a pay as you go cloud model. He is responsible for Augentia’s strategic partnerships, working jointly with the partners who contribute towards analytics, automation, content collaboration and marketing solutions. By overseeing the strategy and execution of our cloud based managed marketing services to Augentia’s global client roster, his team gains insights into partnering opportunities.
Prior to founding Augentia, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies and market leading organizations, and led marketing & strategic alliances teams, with brands like, Microsoft, Tally, Sage, and Compaq.
Shiv is passionate about fellow humans and continues his humble contributions to Jeevodaya Hospice, as his Mother’s remembrance. In his own words he states his belief as, “in the perception ruled world, people should be more important than our perceptions”.
Continuous education & learning are his motto. He has earned double masters (Marketing and Consulting management areas), and is pursuing his doctoral course on market leadership from IIM, Indore. He is also a BITS Pilani alumnus, and a Chartered Marketer with CIM, UK.
Shiv writes poems, reads philosophy, is a singer and relishing food buff!
